Return Policy
All sales are final. No Refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We will exchange the size only, and it must be within 10 days of your delivery date. On regular priced items only, sale items are a final sale, due to limited sizing.
The items must still have the tags in place and must not have been worn, or laundered. In order to do an exchange you’ll need to first E-MAIL us to be assigned a Return Authorization Number (RA #) at sales@pilarsbeachwear.com. This number must be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us, otherwise we cannot accept it. Note- we must receive the item you are exchanging within 10 days of the time we issued you the return authorization number, after the 10 days the return authorization will be void.
Once we receive your return we will first determine that it has been sent to us in the same perfect condition in which it was shipped to you. Any customer doing excessive exchanges will be taken off of our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from Pilar’s Beachwear, as well as do any further exchanges. Return shipping charges will be billed to your credit card, we will need to get this info from you when we issue the Return Authorization #. Thank you.
